Evangelion’s Misato is showing the correct form of the Gendou Ikari pose, but the lady in the poster has a good start on it.  I might be wrong, but the very busty lady in the poster looks like a breast expansion (BE) version of Fujiko Mine from Lupin III.

There’s been plenty of fun made of other characters aping Gendou’s pose with his hands, so why not Black Lagoon’s Balalaika?  Balalaika is actually scarier when she smiles.
